Think like a Startup Canvas & Game Training Course (Certificate)
Explore and design your business in 90 minutes with our Startup Canvas. A design-driven framework and process to use when building a value-driven business. It will show the users of the tool how to align values with organizational models, culture, propositions, business models and customer values and goals. We facilitate the ‘Think like a Startup’ Canvas Sessions for teams within organizations.

About the Startup Canvas
In these high-energy sessions with multiple teams, we use the tool in a game format. Build a value-driven Startup in 90 minutes with a pitch at the end. Teams will practice team work, high-paced decision making, designing with your end-user and creative thinking concepts.
Here’s how it works. A clear instruction sheet will guide the teams through the process. Persona cards give information to the participants about the End-User of our new business, helping participants play the role of the end-user even better. The groups can choose from pre-defined challenges, after they understood the values and purpose the group members share. The groups can choose the Assignments and Persona’s they feel belong together. And lastly: every participant will have a role. For instance, key roles are the the end-user and the People Guru, responsible for monitoring teamwork and timekeeping.
